MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Experienced Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team at our Headquarters in Burnsville, MN. This role is for individuals with a track record of success and the ambition to make a big impact. MSI Metro Sales Inc. is a 100% Employee-Owned Company and an industry leader in hardware, software solutions, and managed services.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ yrs experience in B2B sales
  • 2+ yrs experience documenting within a CRM platform.
  • Experience with contract negotiations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Well versed in cost analysis and lease contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
  • Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
  • Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for individual decision makers to C-level executives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
