About The Position

The Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader is a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, responsible for shaping how technology investments are prioritized, resources are allocated, and solutions are delivered across the enterprise. This leader will build a modern, AI-enabled portfolio and delivery capability that connects technology strategy to execution, accelerates innovation, and drives measurable business value. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to transform workflows, remove barriers to execution, and enable teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. It leads enterprise portfolio management and delivery practices, develops transparent investment and capacity decisions, creates an AI-enabled technology intake and work management capability, and provides executives with an integrated view of demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance. The leader also simplifies governance and operations, manages dependencies and risk, and develops high-performing teams focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex, multi-team organizations.
Strong strategic judgment and business acumen, with demonstrated success connecting technology investments, capacity, and execution to measurable business outcomes.
Deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management, resource planning, program and project delivery, and agile or product-based operating models.
Proven ability to design and improve technology operating models, streamline processes, and lead meaningful organizational change.
Experience applying AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to improve business processes, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
Executive-level communication and influence skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial, principle-based leadership approach grounded in intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration, and creating value for others.
Enthusiasm for Stand Together's vision and principled approach to problem-solving, and commitment to its culture and values.

A track record of building or reinventing technology portfolios and delivery capabilities to fundamentally improve organizational performance.
Experience influencing enterprise technology investment strategies, prioritization, and capacity decisions at the executive level.

Lead enterprise portfolio management, aligning technology investments, business priorities, product roadmaps, and delivery commitments with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
Establish transparent prioritization and resource allocation models that balance operational needs, continuous improvement, foundational investments, and strategic transformation.
Design and lead a unified, AI-enabled technology intake and work management capability that simplifies service requests, routes work efficiently, and establishes ownership and accountability.
Establish and evolve portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices to improve execution, manage dependencies, and increase visibility into commitments and results.
Use AI, intelligent automation, and modern work management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
Create an integrated view of enterprise demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance to support informed executive decisions without unnecessary administrative complexity.
Challenge legacy processes, streamline governance, standardize repeatable services, and partner across architecture, security, and technology teams to accelerate delivery while managing risk.
Build trusted executive partnerships, navigate competing priorities, and develop high-performing portfolio and delivery teams that embrace ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
