Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader
About The Position

The Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader is a member of the Technology Leadership Team and shapes how technology investments are prioritized, resources allocated, and solutions delivered across the enterprise. This leader will build a modern, AI-enabled portfolio and delivery capability that connects technology strategy to execution, accelerates innovation, and drives measurable business value. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to transform organizational workflows, remove barriers to execution, and help teams deliver meaningful outcomes. It calls for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can turn competing priorities into clear decisions and results. The leader will align technology investments and delivery commitments with organizational objectives; establish prioritization and resource-allocation models; create a unified, AI-enabled technology intake and work-management capability; and improve portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices. The role will also apply AI, automation, and modern work-management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery. It will provide executives with integrated, useful visibility into demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance, while simplifying governance and operations and developing high-performing portfolio and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex, multi-team organizations.
- Strong strategic judgment and business acumen, with demonstrated success connecting technology investments, capacity, and execution to measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management, resource planning, program and project delivery, and agile or product-based operating models.
- Proven ability to design and improve technology operating models, streamline processes, and lead meaningful organizational change.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to improve business processes, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial, principle-based leadership approach grounded in intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration, and creating value for others.
- Enthusiasm for Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and commitment to stewarding its culture and values.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise portfolio management, aligning technology investments, business priorities, product roadmaps, and delivery commitments with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Establish transparent prioritization and resource-allocation models that balance operational needs, continuous improvement, foundational investments, and strategic transformation.
- Design and lead a unified, AI-enabled technology intake and work-management capability that simplifies service requests, routes work efficiently, and establishes clear ownership and accountability.
- Establish and evolve portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices to improve execution, manage dependencies, and increase visibility into commitments and results.
- Use AI, intelligent automation, and modern work-management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
- Create an integrated view of enterprise demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance to support informed executive decisions without unnecessary administrative complexity.
- Challenge legacy processes, streamline governance, standardize repeatable services, and partner across architecture, security, and technology teams to accelerate delivery while managing risk.
- Build trusted executive partnerships, navigate competing priorities, and develop high-performing portfolio and delivery teams that embrace ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
