About The Position

Pactum is seeking a commercially astute Technology Partner Manager to drive revenue through strategic partnerships. This role involves consultative selling, solution positioning, and partner development, ideal for individuals experienced in selling into or alongside enterprise procurement platforms. The manager will actively work deals, engage partner field teams and ecosystems (SIs, consultancies, ISVs), and integrate into sales cycles to influence procurement decisions. Success will be measured by pipeline creation, deal influence, and partner-driven revenue. This is an individual contributor role with significant growth potential as Pactum's partner function expands.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in B2B technology sales, channel sales, solutions consulting, or partner-driven business development, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Direct experience working with or selling alongside enterprise technology platforms as a partner, within their ecosystems, at an SI, or in a consulting capacity.
  • A consultative selling mindset with an understanding of enterprise procurement decision-making processes and technology positioning.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology partner ecosystems, including major SIs, consulting firms, and ISVs.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close pipeline through partner and ecosystem engagement.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment requiring process building.
  • High ownership, low ego, with a focus on outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
  • Resilience in managing complex, multi-party commercial conversations across multiple technology partners and their ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel and work across international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own technology partner relationships with a commercial focus, building trust with field sales teams, solution leads, and partner managers to drive procurement deals.
  • Develop relationships across partner ecosystems, including SIs, procurement consultancies, and adjacent technology vendors, to foster co-sell and referral motions.
  • Collaborate with Pactum's Sales and Solutions Consulting teams on active opportunities, leveraging partner influence to accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners and their ecosystems, including value propositions, co-branded campaigns, and account targeting to generate pipeline.
  • Achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, running structured cadences with partners focused on opportunity creation, progression, and closure.
  • Create practical engagement models and partner playbooks to facilitate partner field teams and ecosystem partners in positioning and selling Pactum's solutions.
  • Coordinate with Pactum's Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between sales and delivery.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence on partner strategies, programs, and trends, providing insights to Product and Sales leadership.
  • Monitor and report on partner contributions to pipeline, deal influence, and revenue, adjusting strategies as needed.
