Technology Partnerships Manager

NuixNone, MO
Remote

About The Position

Nuix operates at the intersection of data intelligence, investigative analytics and eDiscovery — complex domains where the ability to connect, ingest and act on data from multiple sources is foundational to customer outcomes. The Technology Partnerships Manager is a senior individual contributor role responsible for identifying, developing and converting technology partnership opportunities into tangible commercial and product value for Nuix. Sitting within the Product organization and reporting to the GM of Product, this role is the primary owner of Nuix's technology partner ecosystem on the US West Coast, with particular focus on AI providers and enterprise data platform players whose capabilities can extend, accelerate or complement the Nuix platform. This is not a relationship management role. It requires a practitioner who can evaluate technical integration potential, structure commercially sound partnership models — including connectors, APIs, OEM arrangements and joint go-to-market motions — and carry those opportunities from initial prospect through to signed agreement and activated execution. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, bring deep ISV and alliances experience to bear, and influence product and commercial strategy through the quality of the partnerships they build.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of experience in technology partnerships, strategic alliances or business development within a SaaS or enterprise software organization. Demonstrated track record of building partnerships from early-stage identification through to commercial activation, including connector, API, OEM or ISV models.
  • Proven ability to engage and align product organizations on co-build and co-innovation priorities. Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to evaluate integration potential and translate partner opportunities into roadmap-ready proposals.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and negotiating partnership and OEM agreements. Able to develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders, navigate legal and commercial terms, and close agreements independently at a senior level.
  • Fluency in AI and enterprise data platform ecosystems, including an understanding of APIs, data connectors and integration architecture. Able to hold credible technical conversations with partner engineering and product teams, and translate integration concepts into clear commercial and customer value narratives.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in eDiscovery, investigative analytics, legal technology or regulated data environments. Familiarity with how legal, compliance and investigative workflows create specific integration requirements would accelerate partner assessment and product alignment.
  • Established relationships within the AI developer or enterprise data platform ecosystem on the US West Coast. An existing network of relevant partner contacts would shorten the time to first meaningful partnership conversation and accelerate early pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new technology partnership opportunities across the AI and enterprise data platform landscape. Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners, assessing strategic fit, integration feasibility and commercial potential against Nuix's product roadmap priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership development from initial outreach through to executed agreement. Own the full partnership lifecycle including scoping, negotiation, commercial structuring and internal sign-off, covering connector, API, OEM and joint go-to-market models as appropriate.
  • Define and own joint go-to-market plans for activated technology partnerships. Develop partner-specific GTM plans in collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing, converting integration capability into clearly articulated customer value propositions and sales motions.
  • Act as the primary Nuix point of contact for technology partners throughout the partnership lifecycle. Build and maintain senior relationships within partner organizations, ensuring alignment on priorities, roadmap commitments and commercial milestones at each stage of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partnership opportunities into viable integration and co-build proposals. Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and commercial opportunity, producing clear partner briefs and co-innovation proposals that can be prioritized within the Nuix product roadmap.
  • Track, measure and report on partnership portfolio performance against agreed metrics. Maintain accurate pipeline and partnership data in CRM, provide regular reporting to the GM of Product and broader leadership on partner-sourced pipeline, active integrations and GTM progress.
