Technology M&A PMO Lead Are you energized by leading complex integrations that shape the future of organizations? As the Technology M&A PMO Lead, you will own the execution of post‑close acquisition and divestiture programs, ensuring technology, business, and operational teams move forward in lockstep. This is a senior leadership role for a confident, collaborative expert who brings structure to ambiguity, drives momentum, and delivers results through thoughtful leadership, clarity, and compassion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex, large-scale programs in technology, operations, or enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading merger integration and/or divestiture programs spanning both business and technology domains.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed organizations, influencing large cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong program leadership skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and executive communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across senior business and technology leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with pre-deal IT due diligence, separation planning, synergy realization, or post-close transformation.
  • Familiarity with contract and legal considerations related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of post-close acquisition and divestiture integration programs, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and outcomes.
  • Define and drive the integration execution plan aligned to established integration frameworks and playbooks.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-workstream programs across technology, business, and operations in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align business, operational, and IT capabilities throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Influence internal and external partners to achieve timely Transition Services Agreement exits and smooth operational cutovers.
  • Establish and maintain the integrated program operating model, including governance, staffing plans, and delivery structure.
  • Serve as the escalation point for program risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and informed decision-making.
  • Own the technology integration budget, change control processes, and outcome-focused reporting.
  • Lead executive-level operating and steering committee forums to track progress, address risks, and reinforce accountability.
  • Communicate program status clearly and consistently to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
