The team partners closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver value‑creating acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate alliances, and divestitures aligned with Baker Hughes’ long‑term priorities and growth strategy. The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions supports Baker Hughes’ inorganic growth agenda by leading and executing complex M&A transactions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end deal execution, from opportunity origination through due diligence, approval, and closing, while coordinating closely with internal functions and external advisors. By combining strategic insight, financial rigor, and strong stakeholder management, the Director helps deliver transactions that advance business objectives, strengthen competitive positioning, and enhance shareholder value.
