About The Position

This role serves as a technical leader across two major initiatives: UKG Time & Labor and Oracle Fusion. The position focuses on technology oversight and vendor accountability for technology solutions, coordination with Belron on integration-related needs and post-project operating models, validation of testing results, and acting as a source for issue and risk escalation. The role also provides oversight support for technology project managers and prepares status updates and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• Technical leadership across UKG Time & Labor and Oracle Fusion initiatives
• Vendor accountability for technology solutions
• Coordination with Belron on integration and operating models
• Validation of testing results and performance
• Issue and risk escalation guidance and decision-making
• Oversight support for technology project managers
• Preparation of status updates and executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

• Technology oversight and vendor accountability (Deloitte and PwC) for technology solutions
• Coordination with Belron on integration-related needs and post-project operating model
• Helping to ensure a transition plan to steady state is successful to 3rd managed service providers via Belron oversight
• Validation of testing results and performance against business expectations
• Be a source for issues and risk escalation with the goal to guide, make decisions on behalf of Brad and/or Nada
• Oversight support for technology project managers, as needed
• Preparation of status updates and executive-level reporting
