Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technology-related discipline.
- Solid track record of academic excellence (minimum 3.2 GPA preferred).
- Strong commitment to teamwork and learning.
- Anticipate graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities
- Be assigned to one of Nationwide’s 200+ Agile, team-based Software Development lines in core and emerging technologies such as Cloud, Kubernetes, Java, Angular, Mobile and Informatica, to name a few.
- Participate in Nationwide-hosted hackathon, working closely with business partners to brainstorm ideas, apply hands-on programming, and ultimately create new business applications.
- Mentor, job shadow and network with talented technology professionals and senior-level executives throughout Nationwide Technology.
- Perform meaningful work that is integral to Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.
