Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands-on experience in their field of study. Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments. The Technology team is seeking: Rising juniors (Winter 2028 or Spring 2029 grads) may participate in Huntington's Foundations Program, an 8-week, regionally focused experience where students partner directly with a manager and team, contribute to meaningful projects, build professional skills, and explore career opportunities across Huntington and the financial services industry. Interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization. Depending on your school year, program components may include: Experience in day-to-day responsibilities related to their assigned team Exposure to broader business functions A structured schedule of professional development sessions Opportunities to engage with members of the Executive Leadership Team Discussions with senior leaders regarding career paths and Huntington’s business areas A team project focused on applying Huntington’s innovation framework to a business-relevant problem Participation in volunteer activities and internal events aligned with Huntington’s culture Within the Technology segment, interns gain exposure to specific functional areas of specialization while also having the opportunity to network within others in different areas of expertise. Students partner directly with professionals to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives while developing knowledge of the overall business and application of technology products and solutions. Intern opportunities exist in various functional areas, including network engineering, business system analysis, cybersecurity, and more.
