About The Position

The Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Summer Intern Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Internship positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last 3 months (May 24th - August 13, 2027). Based on business needs, internship positions are available at various J&J locations throughout the US. Including, but not limited to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. This is a hybrid role, meaning that interns will be asked to report on site 3 times a week and can work remotely 2 times a week. This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree. Your position may involve a range of technology assignments, including Data Engineering & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation), Experience Design (UI/UX, Service Design), Scientific & Digital Health Technologies, Customer (Digital) Experiences (CX, AR/VR), Commercial Excellence, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps & Security, Cybersecurity, Device Engineering, Digital (Agile) Mindset, and Platform Engineering.

Requirements

  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., i.e., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this role unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
  • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree
  • By start date, student must be considered an undergraduate sophomore or above
  • Master’s students must have earned undergraduate degree on or after May 2028
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for the whole term. Planned dates of May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027
  • Have a passion for a career in technology

Responsibilities

  • Work within specialized groups in the JJT organization to build solutions for business partners and drive value
  • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area
  • Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the J&J Technology project/program portfolio
  • Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Technology Strategy
  • Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions
