Technology Internship Program (Agile Product Design)
About The Position
CNA's Tech Summer Internship Program is designed to provide a dynamic and fast-paced 10-12 week training experience. This program offers hands-on experience and unique opportunities in areas such as Application Design, Agile Development (Scrum Master), Data Analytics, Application Development, and Business Process Reengineering. Interns will work directly with experienced CNA practitioners to learn the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, gain in-depth education in technology, the insurance industry, and CNA's organization, and understand technology's role in an insurer's profitability. The program includes challenging, innovative assignments, a dedicated manager and mentor, and opportunities to meet senior leadership. Professional and personal development activities, ongoing feedback, and coaching are provided, with consideration for potential full-time placement upon graduation.
Requirements
- Must be a sophomore, junior or senior (undergraduate) or in first year of Master's program pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Business-related field.
- A minimum 3.00 GPA (overall and major).
- Interest in the Insurance Industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective problem solving and analytical aptitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace change.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
