About The Position

Auberle strengthens thousands of individuals and families each year, helping to build strong communities. Auberle has evolved into a premier multi-service agency with programs spanning Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Auberle’s mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and sits within Auberle’s Administration department, supporting technology operations across all programs and locations. Auberle seeks a full-time Technology Infrastructure Specialist to serve as the organization’s internal technology lead, overseeing day-to-day technology operations by coordinating vendors, systems, and resources to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services across Auberle’s locations. This role does not include direct reports but may include oversight of an intern. The Specialist manages technology primarily through vendor relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and project management. This position bridges the gap between Auberle’s managed IT service providers and the daily technology needs of a multi-site, Pennsylvania-based, human services organization. This is a newly created position. The ability to navigate ambiguity with the intention of identifying best practices and setting standard operating procedures is essential.
