About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise technology environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user computing. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience and a track record of managing high-performing teams. You will ensure system uptime, security, scalability, and performance while driving modernization initiatives that support business growth.

Requirements

  • College level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology infrastructure roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers, Docker, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, storage systems, security protocols, and monitoring tools
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise Technology operations and lead cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL)
  • Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Veeam, and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting, and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
  • Exposure to zero-trust architecture and modern endpoint management strategies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation and performance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability to meet current and future business needs
  • Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching cycles, and capacity planning
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues
  • Enforce Technology security standards, policies, and best practices across all systems and networks
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal audit requirements
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular testing and documentation
  • Drive cloud adoption initiatives (e.g., Azure, AWS, hybrid environments), including cost optimization and performance tuning
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Partner with application, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems administrators, network engineers, and support staff
  • Provide guidance on professional development and technical training
  • Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and technology contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional Technology initiatives
