About The Position
This is a full-time, unfilled position at Oxford Regional Education Centre for the 2026-2027 school year. The assignment includes teaching Technology Education 7-9, Healthy Living 7 & 9, Multimedia 12, and Production 11 & 12. The role is for Round D of the Chignecto Family. Requirements
- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Completion of a recognized Technology Education teacher certification program
- 3+ years successful classroom teaching experience in Technology Education
- Bachelor of Education Degree (for Healthy Living)
- Secondary Endorsation, or a minimum of 3 years teaching in a Secondary setting, or deemed qualified by the Teacher Qualifications Chart (for Healthy Living)
- Meet a minimum threshold of 70% in interview assessments for external applicants.
- Provide a Child Abuse Registry Check and a Criminal Records Check/Vulnerable Sector Check prior to commencing employment.
