About The Position
This is a substitute music teaching position at Cumberland North Academy, with a possibility of becoming a term position. The assignment is 0.70 FTE at Cumberland North Academy and 0.30 FTE at River Hebert. The role is part of Round D postings for the Chignecto Family.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Valid Elementary or Secondary Endorsement in Fine Arts
- A Bachelor of Music, a Bachelor of Arts in Music or a Bachelor of Arts with a Concentration in Music (minimum 30 credit hours), or deemed qualified by the Teacher Qualifications Chart
- Ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise (demonstrated through interview)
- Child Abuse Registry Check
- Criminal Records Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
