About The Position

The Technology Development Program (TDP) is a two-year rotational training program designed to develop in-depth technical skills in a specific discipline before participants complete rotations across multiple Technology departments. The program combines career planning, technical and competency-based training, mentorship, and challenging assessments to support career development and broaden participants’ understanding of the Bank’s technical disciplines. In the Consumer & Marketing Application Development area, participants join teams building and modernizing applications supporting Consumer and Business Banking, Marketing, Sales, and Call Center technology. They gain exposure to technologies and programming languages including Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, and Azure, and support work involving cloud migration, data engineering, and generative AI.
