Lexus of Seattle is looking for a Technology/Delivery Specialist to join their sales team! The Technology Specialist will focus on educating customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new car. After the sale of the car, the Technology Specialist will meet with the client to answer all questions regarding operation of their vehicle. They will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles, communicating effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests, explaining all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules, inspecting each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process, thoroughly completing all associate paperwork with the delivery, and maintaining a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
