About The Position

Lancaster County Motors Subaru is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Technology Delivery Specialist who is passionate about technology, automobiles, and creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll help customers confidently transition into their new Subaru by providing personalized, hands-on instruction for the vehicle's advanced technology, safety systems, and connected features. The Technology Delivery Specialist serves as both a product expert and a customer experience ambassador, creating memorable delivery experiences that go beyond meeting expectations. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to grasp various technology and explain to others in a way they will understand
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Ability to treat customers with courtesy, honesty and respect
  • Strive to provide assistance with enthusiasm before, during and after customer contact
  • Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with customer technology questions and concerns prior to purchase.
  • Prepare and inspect the new Subaru vehicle prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is ready to deliver to the customer.
  • Set a realistic expectation with the customer of the length of the delivery process and offer the availability of a Love-Encore delivery.
  • Assist consumers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings.
  • Perform a detailed delivery to the consumer including a through explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and all documentation and resources available to them.
  • Explain and enroll customers in MySubaru services.
  • Schedule the first Service appointment.
  • Perform Love-Encore deliveries with customers to address and solve lingering functionality questions subsequent to the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update the retailer customer contact points with current Point of Purchase material.
  • Utilize and maintain resources at the dealership to assist in technology related questions and provide information support to all dealership staff.
  • Assist the Service department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience in all customer interactions.
