Technology/Delivery Specialist - Lexus of Seattle
About The Position
Lexus of Seattle is seeking a Technology/Delivery Specialist to join its sales team. The specialist educates customers about the technology in their new vehicles, meets with customers after the sale to answer questions about vehicle operation, and makes follow-up calls to support customer satisfaction. The role also helps ensure that each delivery is complete, professional, and seamless. The position requires weekend availability and offers compensation of $17 per hour plus a bonus per delivery, with a stated target total compensation of $26–$27 per hour. The posting also lists a general pay range of $23.62–$31.30 per hour, noting that wages depend on job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
- 2–5+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete understanding of the technological aspects of vehicles.
- Communicate effectively, efficiently, and promptly with guests.
- Explain vehicle features and settings, including navigation, Bluetooth, and garage-door pairing, as well as the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules.
- Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process.
- Complete all associate paperwork related to the delivery thoroughly.
- Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
- Meet with customers after the sale to answer questions about vehicle operation.
- Make follow-up calls after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
