About The Position

The Technology Delivery Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of one year of experience in technical support or help desk role.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, except where prohibited pursuant to state or local law.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions, clearly articulating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
Document all technical inquiries, incidents, and resolutions in a ticketing system, maintaining thorough and accurate records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Security to identify and resolve technical issues.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, new technologies, and industry trends to provide the highest level of support to customers.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required.
