About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to drive the successful execution of large-scale technology initiatives and complex cross-functional programs. This role requires a strong background in Agile delivery, program coordination, stakeholder management, and release execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Scaled Agile practices and be responsible for ensuring planning, execution, testing, release management, and delivery activities are effectively coordinated across multiple teams. The role requires close partnership with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments.
3+ years of experience in a Technology Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and complex dependencies.
Experience with release planning, delivery governance, and program execution.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on priorities and delivery commitments.
Escalate critical risks, issues, and decisions when necessary.
