About The Position

As a Technology Consultant, you will help clients understand technology options and identify solutions that fit their needs. This role combines consultative customer service with sales: you will discuss products and services, support customers through their decisions, and contribute to sales while earning commission. Clear communication, curiosity, and a customer-focused approach will help you build trust and make technology easier to navigate. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and on-site in Miami, Florida. Compensation is a $33,800 annual base salary plus commission on all sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software, or services.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong consultative selling and requirements-gathering skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in accessible language.
• Sound judgment when matching solutions to customer needs.
• Ability to commute to Doral, FL 33122.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or consultative sales experience.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new products.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, RFID, or Agile/Scrum.
• One year of technology sales experience.
