About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring motivated recent graduates for its Technology Rotational Program. Over two years, participants rotate through three business areas for eight months each, gaining experience through a challenging and rewarding program intended to provide a pathway to placement in one of those areas. The program is open to people who graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program within the last year. Preferred locations are Quest’s Secaucus, New Jersey, or Schaumburg, Illinois, headquarters, on a hybrid basis with three days in the office each week. Candidates in other Quest locations may be considered based on business needs. Opportunities may focus on Artificial Intelligence, Architecture, Data Analytics, Digital Product Management, Engineering, IT Security, or Strategy & Portfolio Management.

Requirements

Graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program within the last year.
Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or another analytical or technical area relevant to the opportunities.
Information technology coursework and a fundamental understanding of technologies.
Fundamental understanding of technologies such as cloud, AI, and networking.
Strong collaboration, motivation, and organizational skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable giving verbal and written presentations to senior management.

Nice To Haves

Preference for candidates based at the Secaucus, NJ, or Schaumburg, IL, headquarters on a hybrid basis, working in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

Participate in three rotations through different business areas, spending eight months in each area over a two-year period.
