About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring motivated students for its Technology Rotational Program, an entry pathway for recent college graduates. Over a two-year period, participants rotate through three business areas for eight months each. The program is intended to provide a pathway to placement in one of those business areas. The program is open to candidates who graduated from an undergraduate or master's program within the last year. Preferred locations are Quest's Secaucus, New Jersey, or Schaumburg, Illinois, headquarters, on a hybrid basis with three days in the office per week. Candidates at other Quest locations may be considered based on business needs. Rotational opportunities may focus on Artificial Intelligence, Architecture, Data Analytics, Digital Product Management, Engineering, IT Security, or Strategy & Portfolio Management. Applicants are asked to indicate their top area of interest.

Requirements

Graduated from an undergraduate or master's program within the last year.
Completed a final year of college in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or another analytical or technical area relevant to the opportunities.
Have information technology course experience and a fundamental understanding of technologies.
Have a fundamental understanding of technologies such as cloud, AI, and networking.
Be collaborative, motivated, and well organized.
Have solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work independently.
Be comfortable making verbal and written presentations to senior management.
