About The Position

AIG is seeking a Technology Analyst to join their Early Career – Technology program. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow skills and experience within the IT team, which is central to AIG's operations, from underwriting risks to processing claims. The IT team provides colleagues with the latest tools, ensures system security, and designs technology strategies to meet business goals. Innovation in IT drives innovation across the organization. The Technology Analyst Program (TAP) is a 24-month rotational program designed for high-potential individuals from top universities. Participants will gain a breadth and depth of IT skills through three 8-month rotations in areas such as Architecture, Business Partnership, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Technology Business and Project Management, and Technology Risk and Controls. Upon completion, participants transition into full-time roles within these IT functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or candidate for Bachelor’s degree to be received no later than June 2026 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.

  • Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
  • Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise or domain architecture roadmaps and requirements aligned to technology strategy and standards.
  • Align business and technology strategy to deliver business priorities, gather and analyze technical requirements, and partner with cross-IT teams to implement solutions.
  • Empower business partners to turn information into action by gathering, analyzing, and modeling data for smarter decision-making.
  • Develop, test, and roll out solutions to engage and improve user experience across digital channels (web, mobile, social).
  • Deliver systems and application solutions that strengthen and safeguard AIG’s assets and stakeholders from cybersecurity threats.
  • Build, code, and automate applications in a collaborative and agile environment, or design and implement systems (network, storage, cloud) to provide seamless, scalable infrastructure.
  • Drive project and program execution, and support the strategic operations of the Program Management Office and Business Management Office.
  • Manage risk in technology service delivery, including assessing, reviewing, and implementing solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
