Requirements

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other Technology Degrees
• 3.0+ GPA
• 0-2 years of professional work experience
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Foundational knowledge of QA and software testing concepts (SDLC/STLC), gained through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Some exposure to manual testing, including functional and regression testing.
• Basic familiarity with Agile ways of working (academic or on-the-job).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA testing across functional and integration areas, including creating and maintaining test cases/scenarios and basic test plans.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution to confirm fixes are effective.
• Partner with development and product teams to understand requirements, improve test coverage, and participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Follow established QA standards and best practices while supporting continuous improvement; duties may be adjusted as needed.
