About The Position

The Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of client deliverables. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC, but it is a fully remote position. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. TEKsystems is searching for experienced Licensed Nursing and LPN professionals in the United States to work with an extensive client base. This role offers the opportunity to work for one of the top three Healthcare Organizations in the United States, with a friendly team, and supportive leadership. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Nursing (Licensed) or LPN
  • License/ Certification required
  • MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT: Windows 10 and up, Apple/MAC (within past 5 years)
  • Workspace/ Laptop- FULLY REMOTE!!

Nice To Haves

  • EMR or CSR experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of processed cases to confirm accuracy, including verification of assigned surgeons, specialties, and use of appropriate state insurance.
  • Ensure that all client-requested services were performed precisely as specified—no omissions or additions—by confirming that each requirement has been met in full.
  • Evaluate whether services rendered align with established policies and clinical criteria, and determine if they were appropriate and medically necessary.
  • Compile findings and provide clear, accurate updates and responses to clients based on review outcomes.
  • Ensure all reports are well-written, grammatically sound, and that clinical information and explanations are clear, accurate, and logically presented.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients via phone and email to deliver updates, clarify findings, and address inquiries.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage workload, including handling cases with expedited turnaround requirements.
