Seeking a driven, meticulous, and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our front-office team of project managers and business analysts to support delivery of a high-priority and high-visibility project, working with our development partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality, primarily in UAT. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of QA processes, and a passion for delivering reliable, user-friendly products which meet the needs of the business. The candidate will play a key role in the transformation of the Banking Division’s CRM platform in support of the franchise’s ambitious growth strategy.
