We have a current opening for a Technology Administrative Assistant for our Dallas, TX office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technology administration, or similar technical role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business related fields or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Industry certifications in technology and project management.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and growing organization.
  • Exposure to (or willingness) to find opportunities to leverage AI to increase productivity.
  • Good organization, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.
  • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
  • Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.
  • Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage expense reports for the Technology organization, including IT, Purchasing, Executive Leadership, and Digital Transformation (DX) and PMO teams.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and events for Technology team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
  • Perform data entry and validation in support of the Purchasing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Maintain and convert data across platforms, including migrating and syncing information from various business systems, including: Excel into monday.com and SubBase.
  • Review and approve office supply orders, managing procurement activities through vendors such as Amazon, Quill, and Costco.
  • Provide backup support for Coordinator functions, ensuring continuity of operations as needed.
  • Support general administrative operations through a variety of ad hoc tasks, including data entry, coordinating team meals and lunch orders, and responding to evolving team needs.
