Under the supervision of the manager, the person in this position provides support to students using learning support services and contributes to their success and academic perseverance. They welcome clients, provide information and services related to learning skills, and ensure the smooth operation of learning support services. They refer students to other appropriate services, while supporting activities aimed at their academic success and well-being. By interacting with the various services of the College, they act in the best interest of the student clientele.
