About The Position

We are seeking a strong techno-functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience supporting enterprise systems. This role is not purely functional or technical, requiring a blend of both skill sets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Oracle Fusion, specifically within Finance and/or Supply Chain (SCM) modules, and possess heavy integration experience, including supporting, defining, and documenting system-to-system integrations. You will work closely with developers and vendor teams, comfortable in vendor-led implementation environments (e.g., PwC or similar). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a collaborative team-player attitude.

Requirements

• Strong techno-functional BSA experience supporting enterprise systems.
• Oracle Fusion experience (2+ years) across Finance and/or Supply Chain (SCM) modules.
• Heavy integration experience—supporting, defining, and documenting system to system integrations.
• Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst for Finance, HCM, or Supply Chain domains.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications.
• Comfortable working in environments where implementation is vendor led (PwC or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to present clearly to business leaders.
• Demonstrated problem solving mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves when needed.
• Strong team player who collaborates well across business, IT, and vendor organizations.
