About The Position

UST Global® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative PeopleSoft HCM Enterprise Solution Production Support with experience as a module lead and key business partner with various functions of the HCM modules. Candidate should have great experience in Payroll North America, Core HCM, and Benefits Administration (version 9.2). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with customers, SMEs and technical team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in PeopleSoft HCM Support and/or PeopleSoft Development
• PeopleSoft HCM
• PeopleTools
• Unix scripting
• SQR, App Engine, and People Code code/analysis
• Oracle SQL
• Payroll for North America module
• Core HCM, Benefits Administration
• PeopleTools version 8.55.x and above
• PeopleSoft Application version 9.2

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and/or L3 Production Support Experience.
• Be amicable for 24/7 support shift.
• Perform retro-fitting for PeopleSoft implementation projects (e.g. Tax Updates Patching, PeopleSoft Upgrades, PeopleSoft Image Updates, etc.).
• Lead a team.
