About The Position

This temporary position (12-month contract) offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills while working in a friendly and stimulating environment. The incumbent will be responsible for product quality control by analyzing raw material and finished product samples according to the quality program.

Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma in Food Processing Technology from ITA or equivalent training.
  • Possess a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in laboratory techniques for dairy products in a research context.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, meticulousness, and initiative.
  • Promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Perform microbiological and physico-chemical analyses related to quality control.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of various work processes.
  • Perform periodic and routine follow-ups in production.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment used in quality control.
  • Complete various reports.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
