About The Position

This job is for you! We are currently looking for a laboratory technician for a temporary contract until the end of September. Reporting to the quality team, the selected person will perform various physico-chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products to support operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This person must demonstrate great attention to detail, a developed analytical mind, and an excellent ability to interpret the results obtained in order to provide reliable and quality service.

Requirements

• DEC in Laboratory Techniques, Analytical Chemistry, or any equivalent training.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great learning ability, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as: Titrimetry, Electrometry, Gravimetry, Centrifugation, Solid/liquid extraction, ELISA techniques, Visual color comparison.
• Experience with specialized equipment such as: ICP, LECO, Spectrometers, pH meters, Fat extractors.

• Experience in the agri-food, food, or environmental sectors.

Responsibilities

• Apply good laboratory practices and respect health and safety standards.
• Perform quality control analyses and tests using specialized equipment such as ICP, LECO, spectrometers, and pH meters.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of analysis methods for different food and agricultural matrices.
• Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products.
• Verify, document, and interpret analysis results.
• Prepare necessary reports to support plant operations.
• Support production in the control and use of analytical instruments such as NIR devices.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Perform any other related tasks related to laboratory activities.
