Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and modify edata (eCoA) files or labels (boxes, cartons, pallets) in compliance with change management processes.
• Align regularly with various departments, from defining the need by the FAE in agreement with the client, to realization by the IT team, up to the validation, acceptance, and production phases.
• Resolve issues related to the generation and delivery of edata files due to missing data or data outside client specifications.
• Analyze problems and initiate resolution actions in interaction with various stakeholders.
• Initiate corrective and preventive action plans with relevant departments to improve collective efficiency and avoid impacting future deliveries.
• Control labels (label check) within the PC approval workflow.
• Verify the conformity of client requests with the configuration of our generation systems.
• Validate or reject label controls when there is a consistency problem.
• Gain a deep understanding of the systems and processes involved in generating and modifying edata objects and labels.
