About The Position

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (Physics, materials, data analyst, IT, etc.) and/or professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to simplify messages for effective teamwork.
• Strong proposal-making skills for implementing tools or processes.
• Interest in future applications.
• Proficiency in English for communication with colleagues in Singapore or FAE teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, conformity, and reliability of produced data, eCOA reports, labels, and RFTags delivered to our clients.
• Drive correction and improvement actions to guarantee the availability and quality of deliverables while meeting client requirements within deadlines.
• Coordinate analyses of issues related to data, packing, and labeling.
• Identify root causes in collaboration with relevant teams and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing incidents related to edatas, decreasing shipment errors, and strengthening the robustness of packing and labeling processes.
• Contribute to securing delivery flows, optimizing internal practices, and sustainably improving client satisfaction through a deep understanding of systems, processes, and client needs.
