About The Position

As a Process Engineer (VIE) based in Hampshire, USA, you will be involved in key industrial investment projects aimed at improving production performance, safety, and operational excellence. You will contribute to strategic CAPEX projects (approximately USD 1 million) and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, equipment suppliers, and engineering partners to deliver robust, compliant, and efficient process solutions. The Hampshire plant, built in 2015 in Illinois, is a key production site in North America. The site manufactures a wide range of specialty products and vitamins, serving strategic markets across the region. Equipped with an on-site laboratory, the Hampshire plant also contributes to research and development activities, supporting the development and industrialization of new products. All operations are conducted in strict compliance with global safety, quality, and regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
  • Strong interest in industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international context.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in a technical project-oriented role.
  • Fluent in English (working language).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in process-related activities carried out by external engineering companies and internal project teams.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and updating of process specifications, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Support process standardization efforts, contributing to the definition of optimal work sequences and documentation of best practices.
  • Perform detailed process reviews to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Carry out feasibility studies and contribute to the implementation of production process improvements.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation related to internal process standards.
  • Support process activities during both design and production phases.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of quality, safety, and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and provide technical support within industrial projects.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical input to engineering decisions.
