About The Position

In this role, you will support the seamless flow of materials and information across the supply chain by helping optimize inventory management, reduce delays, and support overall business performance. You will perform technical support and maintenance activities related to supply chain equipment and systems, assist with implementing and monitoring supply chain processes to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues. Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements due to export control laws and regulations: be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and equipment relevant to ISC operations.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
