About The Position

The Technician - ISC - Level 5 supports the seamless movement of materials and information across the supply chain, helping optimize inventory management, reduce delays, and support overall business performance. The role performs technical support and maintenance for supply chain equipment and systems, assists with implementing and monitoring supply chain processes to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards, and works with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues. Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements under applicable export control laws.

Requirements

Experience in technical support within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with supply chain systems and equipment relevant to ISC operations.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
