About The Position

This position is open to current internal employees only. The Technician installs, upgrades, and troubleshoots all software, hardware, and audio-visual equipment for labs, classrooms, and faculty and staff computers and associated hardware. They assist faculty and staff with requests for assistance and collaborate with the ITS team to troubleshoot problems. This role also involves setting up, supporting, and breaking down college-related events, including broadcasting between college locations, and assisting with telecommunications and network connectivity issues as needed. Related duties are performed as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with Windows (e.g.,11)
• Knowledge of computer repair
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or equivalent certifications in Computer Information Systems preferred

Responsibilities
