About The Position

Blake Ford is seeking experienced Ford Technicians, including Senior Master Technicians, to join its team. The role is for someone pursuing a future in the automotive field who is reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, but previous automotive experience is required. The position is full-time, with pay of $40–$50 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience.
Automotive repair and diagnosis experience.
Previous automotive dealership experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have own tools.
Must have a State Inspection License.
Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
Effective analytical and communication skills, with eagerness to improve.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Reliability and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Ford certification.
ASE and/or OEM/manufacturer certification.
Diesel or transmission technician experience.

Responsibilities
