Requirements
- Must be well-versed and knowledgeable with Ford vehicles
- Must know FDRS and IDS diagnostic equipment
- Must be able to accurately diagnose Ford-specific gas engine drivability concerns and systems such as: Check engine/ Wrench lights, Evaporative Emissions, Electronic module and component diagnosis, Complex and advanced electronics/ engine management, Ignition systems, Gas Fuel Injection/ Fuel systems and operation, Advanced Networking, Wire Repair, Module programming, Mechanical Repairs

Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance, minor recalls, reprograms, and small repairs in the field utilizing a state-of-the-art mobile service van.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing complex drivability issues in Ford gasoline-powered engines and their supporting electronic systems.
- Working on a wide range of Ford vehicles from passenger cars to medium-duty trucks.
- Performing retail, warranty, and ESP repairs of all types, including electronics, drive train, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and more.
