About The Position

Join Walmart’s facilities team as a Technician, Wall Crew, supporting remodeling and maintenance projects by installing and relocating office fixtures, walls, and equipment. The role requires following safety standards and collaborating with technical teams to complete projects and maintain functional workspaces. The technician keeps work sites organized, communicates progress, and contributes to continuous improvement while acting with integrity and delivering quality results. The team prepares Walmart’s corporate meeting and event spaces, managing room setups, furniture, staging, signage, and event readiness across campus. Work includes executing event setups, maintaining meeting areas, responding to requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing event requirements accurately and on time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is based at 301 SE J St, Bentonville, Arkansas. The hourly wage range is $19.00–$35.00, with additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour possible in specified circumstances. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable local minimum wage.

Requirements

Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions in the last five years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
Ability to read and speak English as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification valid for at least one year.
At least 21 years of age.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years.
Knowledge of construction and renovation practices relevant to office and facility remodeling.
Completion of safety training and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and occupational safety standards.
Ability to maintain organized work environments, including proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of materials and equipment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as electricians, cabling technicians, and HVACR technicians.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills for working with customers and business partners.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
