About The Position

The purpose of this job is to provide technological installation and support to new stores and new dealers, remodels, and other projects according to company procedures and documented methodology. Coordinate and assist in the preparation and configuration of required technology equipment and ensure materials are ready for shipment to site as needed to support successful project completion. Support project planning activities, including travel coordination and scheduling based on site readiness. Validate configuration requirements for technical equipment and software for site-specific locations in coordination with technical teams. Provide operational guidance and coordination with low-voltage vendors, construction, store operations, electricians, and fuel technicians on site. Assess site, unbox, install, bring equipment online and finalize configuration of equipment, set store live in preparation of opening. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and escalating technical issues encountered during site execution. Provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders regarding site readiness, execution progress, and opening milestones.

  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 1 Years' Experience in Technology deployment process, low-voltage environments, and basic system configuration concepts
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
