About The Position

This role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electronic issues on slot machines within a casino environment. The technician will also be responsible for replacing parts, testing machine functionality, maintaining repair records, collaborating with casino staff, and providing excellent customer service. Handling guest complaints and incidents with discretion to ensure positive guest relationships is also a key part of the job. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business operations demand.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
