About The Position

Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems on slot machines. This role involves replacing faulty parts, testing machines, and maintaining accurate repair records. The technician will also communicate with casino staff to ensure optimal machine function and provide excellent customer service to patrons, handling complaints and incidents with discretion to maintain positive guest relationships. The position requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential shift changes. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel
• Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships
