About The Position

Deliver exceptional residential pool service by maintaining clean, safe, and properly balanced swimming pools while providing outstanding customer service, identifying equipment concerns, and representing the company professionally during every customer interaction. This role focuses on performing scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company quality standards. It also involves inspecting pools and equipment during every service visit, identifying maintenance concerns and communicating recommendations to customers and leadership. The technician will safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory to maximize route efficiency and minimize downtime. All service documentation must be completed accurately using company mobile applications, with proactive communication with customers and internal teams. Building customer trust through professional service, reliability, and consistent execution is key to supporting customer retention and recurring revenue growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience using mobile service applications and field service management software.
