About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships in the Española and Santa Fe areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, a dedicated territory, and unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. Technicians are supported by a strong team and receive extensive training to earn necessary licenses. The position involves problem-solving to help customers feel safe and comfortable.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
