About The Position

At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route will cover Rochester, Zumbrota, Plainview, and Goodhue. Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives! You set your schedule with flexible hours, allowing you to work when it makes sense without micromanaging or a fixed 9-to-5. You will plan your day, prioritize stops, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage a defined route that is yours to build, fostering your relationships and reputation. There is unlimited earning potential with uncapped sales incentives, meaning the more you grow your route, the more you take home. While independent in the field, you will never be alone, as a strong support team backs every technician. An extensive training program will help you earn your licenses and set you up for success.

Requirements

Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
Self-starter who thrives working independently
Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
